Day 7: Disney Sea @ 03:48

Hey guys! Zi Ning here to post about our trip to Disney Sea!

This is the one-day pass for the rail pass to get to Disneyland or Disneysea!

Our tickets!

Everything is also Halloween themed as it was the month of Ocober!

Unfortunately it started raining in the morning. Our shoes turned wet and soggy and it became extremely cold. Luckily, our hotel is nearby and we had enough time to take the rail train back to our hotel to have a change of shoes, before returning for the rides that we took the fast passes for.

I strongly encourage everyone to take all the high speed and thrilling rides, because most of the rides are not that scary as you might think it would be!

Some of the snacks that we bought:

Ukiwah-man
This is located at Port Discovery sold in a Wagon called Seaside Snacks. This tastes exactly like a chinese steamed bun that is filled with prawn fillings.

Milk Tea Popcorn!!!

There are also many different flavours of popcorn you can find in Disney sea! At first we were skeptical about milk tea popcorn but it tasted really good! We also tried the white chocolate popcorn which is equally good. There are also strawberry, curry flavoured popcorn as well!

Tokyo DisneySea is made up of seven themed ports of call:

Mediterranean Harbor

Mystery Island

Rides that we took:

- Journey to the centre of the Earth
This is in my opinion, the best ride I took in Disney sea! My friends and I were at first reluctant to take this ride as the queue was 80 minutes long. However, it was worth every minute of the wait as there was a very unexpected end that caught us all by surprise. Thus this is a must take ride if you are ever in Disneysea!

Mermaid Lagoon

Rides that we took:

- Flounder's flying fish
This is a mini roller coaster ride, perfect for when you are building up the courage to take the more thrilling rides available!

Arabian Coast

Rides that we took:

- Jasmine's flying carpets
We were on a carpet and are able to adjust the height of it.

- Sindbad's Storybook voyage
We were on a boat where we joined Sindbad on his journey to find treasures.

Lost River Delta

Rides that we took:
- Indiana Jones
This is a nice ride but I feel that this ride is not that thrilling when compared to the rest!

- Raging spirits
This is the first 360 degrees roller-coaster ride I took. I was really scared at first because it looks scary from the outside. But it turned out to be not that bad as i imagined it to be.

- Disneysea Transit steamer line

A relaxing ride as we were able to rest and enjoy the scenery.

Port Discovery
Rides that we took:

-Storm rider
This is a storm stimulation where we were being sent to diffuse a storm.

American Waterfront

Rides that we took:

-Toy Story
It is a cute carnival game where you get to play against the person you are sitting next to.

- Tower of terror

This was the last ride we took as we were really terrified of it. In the end we decided to brace ourselves and end the night with a bang!

As you can see from the picture, everyone else was calm and posing for the camera while Genia, Danielle and I were screaming in front because we were really afraid of the drop. But it turned out to be not as scary as we thought it would be!

Afterwards, we had our dinner in a restaurant called Cape Cod Cook-off. It has a really good ambiance and it reminded me of Goldilocks and the three bears, as all their chairs were of different sizes! Their restaurant was also carefully designed, as there are a lot of decorative furniture placed nicely around the room. There is also a stage where the live entertainment show "My Friend Duffy" would be shown. Unfortunately we missed it. So you may want to check the timings for the shows beforehand.

The restaurant serves mostly hamburgers, french fries and fried potato. I got to try the fried chicken burger and it is really good and is reasonably priced!

We then gathered to watch a water show and then a fireworks show, which was a great end to our night. :)
